Orders
When you place an order through the shop, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the delivery area is outside our coverage, in which case we will let you know and refund any payment made.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Kenya Shillings (KES). Items marked "On request" are quoted for you before you commit.
- Delivery is charged in addition to the item price and is shown at checkout.
- Payment is made through M-Pesa. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Fresh flowers and substitutions
Flowers are natural, fresh, and seasonal, so exact blooms, colours, and shades can vary slightly from the photographs, which are a guide. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value while keeping to the overall look and feel of your order. Tell us in advance if you need an exact match and we will confirm whether it is possible.
Delivery
We deliver within Nairobi. Delivery times, areas, and fees are set out in our Delivery and Returns policy. Please give us accurate delivery details and a reachable phone number so we can complete delivery on time.
Cancellations and changes
Because flowers are prepared fresh, please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes depend on how far preparation has progressed. Our approach to cancellations and refunds is explained in the Delivery and Returns policy.
Services, quotations, and site visits
Quotations for event flowers, landscaping, and other services are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to a site visit or final confirmation where needed. Services are delivered under the specific terms agreed for each job.
Our responsibility
We take care to deliver quality flowers and service. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, supplier shortages, or disruptions to payment or delivery networks.
